Ouray Climbers Alliance
The Ouray Climbers Alliance was founded to serve as a unified voice for climbers in Ouray County and surrounding areas through advocacy, stewardship and education. This group of passionate, like-minded climbers serve as a bridge between climbers and land managers, sponsor and executive service projects at climbing areas, and educate the public and youth about responsible climbing practices.

Ouray County Historical Society
The OCHS works to ensure the rich history of Ouray County and the San Juan Mountains is not lost to time. Through their archives, exhibits, programs and events, they strive to educate the public about our local heritage and the people who shaped it.

Ouray County Performing Arts Guild
Ouray County Performing Arts Guild was established in Ouray in 1893. Its mission has been to bring the best possible entertainment to the county’s citizens, visitors and youth.

Ouray Economic Development Committee (OEDC)
The OEDC works as the liaison between the City and the local business community. This includes creating and implementing an economic development plan and incentives to best serve the business community and to align with programs that induce private investment enterprises and commerce.

Ouray Elks Lodge #492
The Ouray Elks Lodge is a benevolent organization that hosts community activities to benefit children and veterans, and help to maintain the historic building built in 1904. Events include annual Santa visits and Easter Egg Hunt, summer bingo, veterans dinner and bingo to benefit the Veterans Hospital in Grand Junction), and many others.

Ouray Highgraders
The Ouray Highgraders organization hosts an annual Highgrader’s Holiday in Miner’s Heritage Park adjacent to Fellin Park. Highgrader’s Holiday is a nonprofit competitive event showcasing the strength and skill of the men and women who made their livings extracting ore from the hard rock of the San Juan Mountains.

Ouray Ice Park
The Ouray Ice Park is the largest human-made ice climbing park in the world, with over 200 ice and mixed climbing routes. This free and public ice climbing part is just a short walk from downtown Ouray. The park is currently raising funds to build its own water pipeline, rather than using overflow from the City, which would result in more water, more ice, more terrain, and less crowding.

Ouray International Film Festival
The Ouray International Film Festival provides arts and education programs through film here in Ouray, with monthly programming at the Wright, a summer festival and free films in the park, and free programming at Ouray School throughout the year. The OIFF partners with filmmakers across the globe and with local institutions to enrich the cultural life of citizens in Ouray.

Ouray Mountain Air Music Series
Mountain Air Music, Inc. brings the community together for free music every Thursday evening in June. They are partnering with the City to upgrade Fellin Park’s electrical, they are saving for a permanent stage for the park, and looking forward to establishing a music education scholarship.

Ouray Mountain Rescue Team
Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere. An all-volunteer organization dedicated to saving lives by performing back-country searches and rescues and fostering safe outdoor practices through education.

Ouray Trail Group
Founded in 1986 and dedicated to the preservation and safe public use of Ouray County’s 84 mapped and maintained hiking trails. Volunteer members take a stewardship role in protecting, preserving, and maintaining the natural and recreational resources we all enjoy.

Friends of the Ouray Via Ferrata
The Ouray Via Ferrata is located in the beautiful Uncompahgre River Gorge. It is a technical via ferrata with many climbing, descending, and traversing challenges. Guided trips and gear are available in Ouray. Seasonally, the route is open from May through October, conditions and weather permitting.

Home Trust of Ouray County
Home Trust of Ouray County’s mission is to grow an inclusive, economically diverse community by providing permanently affordable housing and housing-related resources to modest income households in Ouray County through the stewardship of community assets.

Second Chance Humane Society
Second Chance Humane Society addresses the needs of homeless pets, and saves lives through their shelter programs and services while developing effective medical, educational and other programs. Two thrift shops (Ridgway and Telluride) are their most reliable sources of funding.

Six Basins Project
Provides education through signage, improved sanitation in current restroom sites as well as the establishment of new restroom sites, and potential funding of law enforcement on County Road 361.

The Wright Opera House
The historic Wright Opera House was built in 1888 to provide arts, entertainment and culture to Ouray. It has stood the test of time and is currently being restored into a modern performing arts center. 

Mighty Mini Horse Therapy Program
The Mighty Mini Horse Therapy Program’s mission is to nurture and inspire people, one pat at a time, promoting health and wellness. The mini horses of MMHTP regularly visit senior care centers and hospitals on the Western Slope of Colorado, In addition, “the minis” also visit schools and libraries to promote the “Just Say Whoa to Bullying” program.

Ouray County Support and Advocacy Project
Created to support and empower individuals impacted by sexual assault and/or intimate partner violence through interventon and supportive services.

Ridgway State Park, Ouray School R-1, and Ouray Christian Fellowship also support the Ouray Chamber through nonprofit memberships.


TERMS:
Must be 18 to enter; need not be present to win; Ouray Chamber Resort Association Colorado Bingo/Raffle License Number 2024-19650. The winner shall take delivery of the Jeep in Ouray, CO, be responsible for all taxes & fees in connection with the transfer & licensing of the Jeep and shall agree to indemnify & hold OURAY CHAMBER RESORT ASSOCIATION harmless from all Claims, damage and expenses relative to the Jeep following its delivery. To claim the prize winner must show either a current driver’s license, State issue ID, or US Passport. Name and address must match information on the winning ticket. The winner will be notified by telephone immediately following the raffle, as well as by telephone and certified mail for up to 30 days following the drawing. If a winner fails to claim a prize within 30 days of receiving notification, the licensee may retain the prize or offer it in another raffle.
