To claim the prize, winner must show either a current driver’s license, State issue ID, or US Passport. Name and address must match information on the winning ticket. The winner will be notified by telephone immediately following the raffle, as well as by telephone and certified mail for up to 30 days following the drawing. If a winner fails to claim a prize within 30 days of receiving notification, the licensee may retain the prize or offer it in another raffle.
