Wild West Realty, LLC was established in April 2020, right in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic! Lee Ann and Sharon like to do things in a BIG WAY so they decided to join in on the biggest pandemic known to our world and turn lemons into lemonade with a fresh, new business venture. (Plus they had lots of time to plan their new business during the quarantine!)
Lee Ann and Sharon first met when Sharon reached out to a long-standing local Ouray resident and asked him who she and her husband should use as a trustworthy, honest, non-pushy realtor. The man gave Sharon and her husband Lee Ann’s name and number and promised them they would not be disappointed. Sharon and her husband purchased a home in Ouray and of course, Lee Ann served as their realtor and they were beyond satisfied with her performance. After the Wilds moved to Ouray permanently, a great friendship between Sharon and Lee Ann blossomed.
After many conversations on the hiking and skiing trails, Lee Ann convinced Sharon to obtain her real estate license, which she had always a desire to do. Wild West Realty, LLC was developed and the rest is history…
